2020’ WA Rating:96’ Tasted: Jul 2022, When to drink: 2022 to 2047
Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the ochre rim. The ʺBaby Grangeʺ is still a little buttoned up on the nose at the moment, with delicate aromas of nougat and fig, underlaid by cranberry with some pleasant fine oak spice and a touch of eucalyptus in the background. The palate is subtly fresh with integrated tannins, juicy, ripe cherry and a citrus-minerality on the aftertaste. Still young this needs further bottle ageing. |

Bin 389由Cabernet Sauvignon與Shiraz釀造，與澳洲的第一名酒Penfolds Grange完全相同
來自著名的南澳巴羅莎山谷(Barossa Valley)，酒液呈深棕紅色，香味開放，帶有肉類、桂圓、茴芹、甜漿果、洋李等複雜的香味。酒體厚，口感有濃郁的櫻桃果香、甘甜的巧克力味。有嚴謹的單寧和橡木味，酒體結構完美平衡。

This blend of old-vine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is open and fragrant yet powerful and dense right from the get go. Concentrated damson plum and black currant are backed by notes of dark chocolate, licorice, eucalyptus and tomato leaf, with a sanguine nuance. The tannins are powerful and drying but hold the silky fruit neatly in place. Drink 2023–2035. Cellar Selection |

德裔- Henschke酒莊長久以來都獲得澳洲著名酒評家James Halliday的最高五顆星評價(約佔整體澳洲酒莊20%)，今年更獲得代表最高榮譽的紅色五顆星評價，代表連續三年以上被評為五顆星。此榮譽除象徵Henschke酒莊有極卓越的水準，更具備了獨特的風格與特色。
於最新出版的2007 Wine Companion中，James Halliday對Henschke酒莊給了以下的高度評價：
“無疑的，Henschke酒莊為澳洲最佳的中型酒莊……釀造的紅酒使用了老藤、低產量且高品質的葡萄，並美妙敏銳的配合著小型橡木桶來釀造。Henschke的Hill of Grace早已與Penfolds的Grange並列為澳洲的代表性酒款。”
早期英國移民約瑟坎尼(Joseph Keynes)於1842年定居-後來以他的名字命名的坎尼頓(Keyneston)村莊，本酒即是向他致敬。本酒使用種植在伊甸谷(Eden Valley)及巴羅莎谷(Barossa Valley)的施赫(Shiraz)，卡貝納蘇維翁(Cabernet Sauvignon)以及梅洛(Merlot)等葡萄品種調配釀造，並在新與舊的美國和法國大型橡木桶裡熟成，呈現辛香，甜美且成熟的黑色漿果，李子，茴香及一些焦油般香氣，入口果味十足，單寧柔順，餘味悠長。Matured in 19% new and 81% seasoned French (85%) and American (15%) oak hogsheads for 18 months prior to blending and bottling.
酒色鮮豔明亮，有著甜美的黑莓、李子、黑加侖與桑甚香氣，並隱含著大茴香、杉木與香草香氣。複雜的口感可感受到甜美的黑色水果香味。單寧柔順並有著優雅集中的餘韻。
