Tasting Note: Packed with tannins, this dark-hued wine is concentrated, demanding aging. It has spice and layers of wood as well as black plums and acidity. It is a powerful wine, full of dark chocolate as well as fruit and tannins. Drink from 2023.

Henri De Villamont起源於十九世紀，位於Burgundy的中心地區:伯恩丘的Savigny-lès-Beaune。產業由最初位於黃金坡夜丘和伯恩丘的10公頃優質葡萄園拓展至布根地的大部分產區。
為該村內一座歷史悠久的大型酒莊，規模不輸波爾多的列級莊，同時也是也是Burgundy六大酒商之一，可以稱得上是一個「土豪」酒莊，在當地頗具影響力。
Les Feusselottes 位於Chambolle村莊南方，鄰近 Amoureuses & Charmes是村內有名氣『大面積』的一級園中。
這是一款非常迷人的Chambolle一級園紅酒，非常成熟又優雅，圓潤、Les Feusselottes它的土壤含有很高比例石灰岩，因此帶著此園經典的礦物風味，尾韻非常細緻且在口中綿延不絕。

Tasting Note;"The 2015 Beaune 1er Cru Celebration is a rich, radiant wine. Sumptuous and expansive on the palate, the 2015 possesses striking inner perfume and fabulous depth. The flavors are dark, bold and incisive in this decidedly potent, somber Beaune 1er Cru from Jadot. Even with all of its natural richness, the 2015 is massively tannic and shut down. I wouldn’t dream of opening a bottle anytime soon. The combination of 19 climats results in a Beaune of unusual complexity and pedigree, but readers will have to be patient. The 2015 was only bottled in December 2017."

Vinous Score: 92-94 / Tasting Note; Building off the considerable success of their 2009 Beaune 150th Anniversary 1er Cru, Jadot has decided to make the wine again in top years. One of the highlights in this range, the 2012 boasts stunning power, depth and harmony. The lifted aromatics recall the Ursules, but here the fruit possesses more volume and creaminess. An explosive, layered finish rounds things out in style. Some of the parcels in the blend are Avaux, Cent Vignes, Pertuisots, Vignes Franches, Perrières, Toussaints and Chouacheux. – Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media

Note: a blend of 17 different owned 1ers plus another 4 that were bought in; this was given 27 months of élevage before bottling
Tasting note: A subtle touch of wood sets off ripe and relatively elegant notes of earth, dark cherry and spice. The mid-palate is dense, serious and powerful with plenty of mouth coating sap that helps to buffer the very firm tannic spine on the moderately austere, backward and built-to-age finale. While this is presently backward it should be approachable after 6 to 8 years of bottle age though note that it should live for a very long time. For readers having a child or grandchild in 2012 this would be a good choice to buy in quantity at a price that won’t break the bank.

Tasting note: A discreet touch of wood frames the softly spicy, cool and pretty nose that also consists of high-toned red berry scents. There is good vibrancy, intensity and delineation to the middle weight flavors that display ample minerality on the mildly edgy and austere finish. This may continue to round off somewhat during the remaining élevage period but I suspect that this will always have a slight edge to it.

Tasting note: Mild reduction flattens the underlying fruit. The medium-bodied flavors possess both a lovely mouth feel as well as ample minerality before terminating in a tension-filled, delineated and austere finale. This delivers excellent quality for its level and provided that you have the patience to wait, it is recommended.

Domaine Alain Burguet 是個小酒莊，30年來在Gevrey-Chambertin 聲名崛起。Alain Burguet 釀的酒極其出色, 是當地最受尊敬酒農之一。
他的兩個兒子Jean Luc 和Eric 是他的助手，對釀酒事業有著同樣高度的熱忱，兩兄弟長時間跟在父親身旁，盡得父親的真傳，辛苦大半輩子的 Alain 終於能在2011宣布退休，讓Eric 和 Jean-Luc可以獨挑大樑，完成了世代的交替，
所以從2011年份開始，酒標上改標示為” Jean-Luc & Eric Burguet”，但還是保留著AB(Alain Burguet縮寫)的浮水印，代表著不變的家族傳承之精神，持續勤奮努力，緊接在2012的有機認證之後，2013更進一步全面導入生物動力法，精益求精，腳踏實地，繼續釀造出一瓶瓶酒迷心目中最愛的佳釀！ 近年來由於人力較為充 裕，也因為機緣而增加了由購買來的葡萄所釀造的包括頂級園的Chambertin Clos de Beze和Vosne-Romanee 1er Cru Les Rouges de Dessus、Chambolle-Musigny Les Chardannes等三款酒，使得酒款系列更為完整。
Alain Burguet的種植方式，生物動力法(Biodynamic)，相信天體運行的力量會牽引葡萄的生長，堅持完全有機種植，這是由奧地利哲學家、科學家魯道夫斯坦納在上世紀初發明的。
酒莊一直致力於追求高品質的酒，因而對葡萄園的管理非常細緻入微，秉承尊重風土，崇尚自然的釀造理念。

Tasting note: A cool, pure and pretty nose exhibits hints of mineral reduction and essence of green apple with a note of citrus confit. There is very good vibrancy and detail to the lightly stony flavors that, somewhat surprisingly, terminate in a slightly sweet finish where a touch of warmth slowly emerges. |

Nicolas Potel 被稱為 『布根地明日之星』其受父親 Grard Potel -被喻為布根地偉大釀酒師影響極深。
Grard Potel 自1964年起身為釀酒師一手打造名莊（Domaine de la Pousse d’Or）。 在Grard主導下，酒莊酒質日益提升，獲得佳評。直到1997年病發去世。
Nicolas自幼就展現對釀酒的天份,盡得父親真傳 -在1996成立Masion Nicolas Potel。同時找到同位於（Nuit-St-George）的大酒商Cottin Freres 協助並成為其最大股東;而後雙方理念不合-嫌隙漸增，尼可拉另成立（Domaine Nicolas Potel）釀酒，最後Nicolas 在 2009 年離開了 Maison Nicolas Potel，同時Domaine Nicolas Potel 亦被迫改名為 Domaine de Bellene，後來他再成立 Maison Roche de Bellene。
