Tasting note: This too is firmly reduced so be sure to decant it first. Otherwise the round, delicious and lush medium weight flavors possess a seductive texture before culminating in a bitter lemon and quinine-inflected finish. This easy-going and quite forward effort isn’t particularly complex and given that it’s already not far from its probable peak, it’s hard to see a lot more depth developing.
