Tasting note: An innately exotic nose speaks of jasmine tea and the cool essence of apple and pear compote where airy top notes of acacia blossom are present. The racy, intense and strikingly well-detailed flavors exude an abundance of minerality that adds lift to the very firm and bone dry finish. In contrast to the prior wines that could be approached on the younger side, this will be best left alone for at least 5 years and should reward 10 to 12.
