Pascal Lachaux 目前是老牌壹級酒莊 Domaine Robert Arnoux/ Arnoux Lachaux-- 的莊主- Masion Pascal Lachaux是他創立的小型酒商公司 ，專門生產自家沒有的葡萄園最精美產品。它的酒堪稱獨一無二，因其釀酒所用的葡萄全部來自於特級葡萄園，意味著這些葡萄全部是完美無瑕的，2006年後Pascal Lachaux加入Domaine Arnoux Lachaux-後，該酒莊的酒全部成為絕版。

老莊主 Robert 在 1995 年去世，由其女婿 Pascal Lachaux (Pascal娶了 Florence Arnoux 之後才開始投身釀酒) 接掌後大肆整頓，酒廠原本崇尚自然主義，Pascal 接手後則轉為有機方式栽種葡萄，重視低產量，除去多餘蕾苞，必要時剪除葡萄顆粒等新式作法。 2007年起改名為 Arnoux Lachaux-2011年起-他們的兒子Charles Lachaux 也已加入經營團隊-

Tasting note: A moderately austere yet high-toned nose displays plenty of the classic animale character of a fine Mazis with airy red berry fruit aromas that dissolve into rich, full and sleekly-muscled flavors that possess good power and drive if not the concentration of the best here. Still, I like the depth and overall balance that should permit this to age over the medium term.
