Edmond Geantet將Bernadette Pansiot 娶進門同年的1954年建立了強提‧帕西雍酒莊(Domaine Geantet-Pansiot)被公認為是Gevrey-Chambertin產區的領軍者!『The Great Domaines of Burgundy』將Geantet-Pansiot選為代表Gevrey Chambertin村的酒莊之一!。
艾德蒙之子文生.強提(Vincent Geantet)自1977年起跟隨父親釀酒,並在1989年接掌酒莊經營。
本莊位於夜丘區的哲維瑞香貝丹(Gevrey-Chambertin)知名酒村內,所掌有的葡萄園也主要位於此,多數地份都很小,最大持份位在村莊級的哲維瑞香貝丹法定產區(4.6公頃)內,故哲維瑞香貝丹村莊級(Gevrey-Chambertin Village)紅酒是強提‧帕西雍在市面上最常見的酒款。
過去十年來,本莊招牌的色深味濃,萃取偏多的風格已經微調地更加優雅柔美,再加上莊主文生.強提的兒子法比昂(Fabien)從2006年起加入釀酒行列,讓人愈加期待本莊未來發展。

這瓶 Chambertin Grand Cru 是Gevrey-Chambertin 產區中最好的特級園(Grand Cru),也是Geantet-Pansiot 酒莊最頂級的酒款,均衡優美,呈現女神之姿,絕對值得讚揚。

Tasting note: Lavish if not completely overwhelming wood coupled with menthol notes fights somewhat with the otherwise cool, reserved and notably fresh nose of black cherry, sauvage and earth aromas. Interestingly there is a more refined mouth feel compared to that of the Charmes thanks to the relatively refined tannins shaping the medium weight flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the powerful and well-balanced finale. This is both finer and more persistent than the Charmes but not necessarily more complex. Note further that my predicted range assumes that the wood is eventually successfully integrated.
