Domaine Parent 位於金丘中心的波馬產區 (Pommard AOC)。 目前由第十二代的 Anne Parent 及其妹妹 Catherine Fages-Parent， 傳承家族自17 世紀至今的傳統製酒。

1787 年， Etienne Parent 與即將成為美國第3 代總統的Thomas Jefferson 相當 友好及有專業來往的， 他因此成為勃根地酒出口穿越過大西洋的先驅。 19 世 紀初， Claud Parent 離開家鄉 Volnay落腳在Pommard， 於1803 年建立了 Domaine Parent。
1947 年， 當時19 歲的Jacques Parent， 開始與其父親Maxime工作。 他之後 於1953 年承接了酒莊的管理， 開創了新的局面。 Domaine Parent 為金丘第一 批自己將所有產量裝瓶及販賣給法國及國外美食界的酒莊。

Jacques Parent 於1998 年將家族擁有的酒莊交棒給兩個女兒， Anne 及 Catherine。 姊姊Anne 為知名的釀酒師，擁有許多榮譽身分(例如騎士勳章Chevalier du Tastevin， 及世界女性製酒者組織 Women of Wine 理事長)她為Domaine Parent 釀製出Pommard 風土的頂級酒， 目前酒莊莊園在Anne 的管理 下已全面實施自然動力法耕作(2013 年獲得有機認證)， Catherine 則負責酒莊的國際行銷。 Domaine Parent 為Pommard 產區指標型酒莊。

釀造法：帶梗溫控低溫泡皮四天，每天攪桶兩次12~14天，使葡萄皮完全與酒液完全發酵。
熟成：12個月橡木桶醇化，酒莊裝瓶陳年
飲酒筆記：細緻鮮豔的色澤，富於表現的果香味與濃郁成熟的櫻桃香味。口感勻稱平衡感十足，完全不做作且適合搭配著愉悅開心的心情飲用，年輕時即可飲用。

Tasting note: An exceptionally fresh and already expressive nose of pure essence of red berry fruit, earth and hint of underbrush leads to attractively energetic and well-detailed flavors that possess a textured mouth feel before terminating in a balanced, saline, clean and ever-so-mildly austere finish. This is a very fine example of the appellation that could be enjoyed now or held for a few years if desired. Good stuff and worth your attention, particularly for value.
