Montes Alpha Pinot Noir Leyda Valley - 蒙帝斯阿法黑皮諾紅酒

葡萄果實取自酒莊在Leyda Valley的葡萄園，Leyda Valley在智利首府聖地牙哥西方90公里、近太平洋14公里的地區，受到海洋潮流調節氣候，春天夏天都很涼爽，造就它成為良好的葡萄酒產區，適合種植如Chardonnay、Pinot Noir、Sauvignon Blanc以及Merlot葡萄品種。採收完的果實經過低溫浸泡一星期才開始發酵，發酵完的酒60%在法國橡木桶(20%新桶)熟成一年，且經過非常輕微的濾過即裝瓶。

寶石紅色澤，帶有草莓、紅色櫻桃與花香。入口酒體圓順，單寧細膩，酒中酸度與果香還有隱約的礦物質與摩卡香平衡良好。

建議飲用前半小時先開瓶。

The 2012 Alpha Pinot Noir feels very ripe, possibly because of the effect of a warm vintage, and the aromas are a mixture of red and black fruit with some spicy hints, unusual notes of banana skin and blue flowers. The palate is medium-bodied with low-ish acidity, clean, nice and easy to drink. Drink now-2015.
