Tasting note: An expressive and layered nose of red currant, spiced plum, wet stone and a hint of rose petal gives way to mineral-inflected, precise and delicious middle weight flavors of acceptable concentration and fine length. This is a lighter wine of harmony and balance but like several of the wines here, could benefit from more mid-palate density. |
Nicolas自幼就展現對釀酒的天份,盡得父親真傳 -在1996成立Masion Nicolas Potel。同時找到同位於（Nuit-St-George）的大酒商Cottin Freres 協助並成為其最大股東;而後雙方理念不合-嫌隙漸增，尼可拉另成立（Domaine Nicolas Potel）釀酒，最後Nicolas 在 2009 年離開了 Maison Nicolas Potel，同時Domaine Nicolas Potel 亦被迫改名為 Domaine de Bellene，後來他再成立 Maison Roche de Bellene。
