COMTES DE CHAMPAGNE特級年份香檳為酒廠的旗鑑產品之一，在漢思山區裡的古代修道院地窖Saint-Nicaise Abbey cellars裡養育，全採自Côte des Blancs內的最好的葡萄園的夏多娜葡萄品種（Chardonnay）用來釀造這瓶香檳酒，如果不是葡萄品質特別優異的年份，難以單一年份、單一品種釀造香檳，故品質絕佳。

這款伯爵白中白香檳在1963年拍攝的電影《來自俄羅斯的愛》中出現，這也是007詹姆斯-邦德享用的第一支香檳，當時的扮演者是史恩-康納萊。

007系列的作者，英國著名作家伊恩-弗萊明，特意致信向克勞德-泰亭哲先生表示感謝，並讚譽Taittinger酒園有著世界上最卓越的香檳。 

色澤淺金黃，汽泡優雅活躍而持久，雅致的檸檬香氣伴隨著輕淡的煙草香和新鮮的茶葉香，像在美麗的花束裡散發出芳香，在顎上有新鮮的柑橘水果領出優雅的果酸味，特別的釀造cuvée，口感精美和具有層次。
