Tasting note: Nicely layered, fresh and ripe notes of straw, just sliced apple and a whisper of citrus are complemented by the racy, detailed and appealingly textured middle weight flavors that are supported by lemon-tinged acidity on the clean, dry and solidly persistent finish. This could use a bit more depth but it’s already quite good in the context of what is typical for the genre.
