Maison Ambroise位於法國Burgundy的子產區Nuits-Saint-Georges，是該產區內一座歷史悠久的精品酒莊。
1987年 Bertrand Ambroise承接家族酒莊。2013年，獲得法國有機種植Ecocert的認證。 Ambroise酒莊始終堅持自然的方法，遵循“極簡”原則。除了人工採摘和挑選葡萄，酒莊在其它環節都儘量降低對葡萄酒釀造的人為干預力度，以確保葡萄酒純正天然的風味以及結構的完整性、他的努力獲得酒評人一致好評。
