2020' Morey-Coffinet: A Vintage of『 Must Buy』

目前的釀酒師是Michel的兒子-Thibault Morey-他十分傾心於巴哈、韋瓦第和蕭邦。他不但懂得聆聽，甚至能演繹他們的音樂，且總是能抓到精隨-他形容自己釀製的酒是「精緻且優雅」『Fine & Elegant』。葡萄園全部依照生物動力法(biodynamique)種植，也在2015年獲得ECOCERT的有機認證。
Morey Coffinet 所生產的各款白酒，深受 Burghound Allen Meadow賞識,被認為是該產區中的佼佼者!!
